Stress
Although you cannot entirely avoid stress in your life altogether, too much of it can affect your driving in a very negative manner. Due to stress (especially traffic stress), you are more prone to develop fatigue, reduced reaction time, and diminished concentration abilities. In addition, stress can cause you to behave erratically while on the road, and you can become less tolerant of other drivers.
