The Motorcyclist Knowledge Centre covers the skills, knowledge and understanding you’ll need to be a safe and responsible rider of a motorbike or a moped, as set out in the Barbados National Driving Standard for riding mopeds and motorcycles.
The National standard for riding mopeds and motorcycles has been created by the Barbados Driver Training Advisory Services (BDTAS) to help reduce the number of people killed or seriously injured on the road. It sets out what it takes to be a safe and responsible motorcycle or moped rider and is being used to improve rider training and testing. It provides a benchmark for passing your practical tests and remaining a good rider throughout your life.
